Qure4U Extension - Asking to Log In
Please follow the below steps on the affected workstation:
1. On an affected user's computer, close all webpages.
2. Navigate to the following URL: chrome://flags
(If the redirect from the email doesn't work, just copy and paste it into the browser)
3. Search for the following setting 'Experimental third-party storage partitioning'
4. Set it to Disabled
5. Select Relaunch at the bottom of the webpage
6. Login to Athena then attempt to log into Qure4U again and see if the extension is logged in as well.
If this does not solve your issue and you are still seeing the login screen, helpdesk can provide your with a username and password.
