Setting up OneLogin Protect App on a New Phone
If you have recently upgraded your phone or lost your old one, you will need to set up the OneLogin Protect app on your new device to ensure secure access to your OneLogin account.
Step 1: Email Helpdesk
Email helpdesk@foresightmentalhealth.com requesting that your old phone be removed from your OneLogin account. If you do not have access to your Foresight email, you can email from your personal account.
Once you receive confirmation that your old phone has been removed, proceed to the next steps.
Step 2: Download the OneLogin Protect App
Download the OneLogin Protect app on your new phone. You can find the app on the App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.
Step 3: Log into OneLogin on your Foresight laptop
Log into OneLogin on your Foresight laptop. After logging in, you will be prompted to set up 2-factor authentication.
Select 'OneLogin Protect' on the next screen.
Select 'Activate'.
Now on your mobile device, open the OneLogin Protect app and select the '+' icon on the top right corner. Allow camera permissions and then scan the QR code displayed on your laptop screen.
Scan the QR code displayed on your laptop screen to complete the process.
