Reset Sign off Password from EHR Page

1. Click the PM on the upper left hand corner. This will open a new window that will take you to the Practice Management (PM) page.

2. On the PM page, Click Utilities and then Click Change Signoff Password

3. A small window will pop up. A password will be populated already if you've changed your sign off password before. If not, you can find password in email called AdvancedMD Emergency Kit in your inbox.

Note: if you don't remember your old sign off password. Please contact helpdesk so that we can send you a temporary sign off password that will need to go in that field.
