How to access Sophos Self Service
As many of you know, we’ve recently implemented a new E-Mail Security platform.
The new platform, named Sophos, will be sending you a summary of e-mails in quarantine each day (once early in the day and another update towards the end) that it believes are SPAM and non-malicious. From the summary email you’ll be able to release or delete these emails at your discretion. Please see an example of the e-mail below:

In the event you’re expecting an email and need to manage your Quarantined emails immediately, then you can login to Sophos Self Service by clicking on the tile shown below (found in your OneLogin landing page).

Once you’re logged in you’ll click on the Quarantine box as shown below

From here you’ll be able to view the emails in your Quarantine. Select the email you want to manage by checking the box to the left of it and then select the appropriate action as shown below

Actions Defined:
Release - Will release the email into your inbox
Release and allow - Will release the email into your inbox and will allow this sender automatically in the future
Delete - Will delete the email
Delete and block - Will delete the email and automatically block the sender in the future
